Feeling Young...Teresa and Me!

This is my cousin, Teresa. We go to church together. When I got to church this morning for Sunday School she walked up to me with a grin on her face and handed me a pink bag. When I opened it, it had these retro pants inside. I love them!! Teresa still has no idea what she did for me in what she thought was a small act of kindness. There was nothing small about it to my heart! It was a show of “When we weren’t together in church, I thought of you! I wanted to do something full of love, expecting nothing in return!” I cried tears of joy! What a heart that has no idea that any other heart could be any different…that not everyone thinks of others like this…that one small act of kindness could be a huge deal to the one the kindness is being shown! I am so blessed! We didn’t know we were going to wear the pants on the same night with the same color shirt! I sure hope I look as much like her on the inside as our clothes do on the outside! What is so funny about this is it felt like high school again. It felt fun and funky! It felt like I am with some of the best people on earth, and I am!
